Apartment Units

Our apartments are studio apartments. Each unit is 900 square feet of spacious open space. Using furniture and other items, you can create a bedroom, living and kitchen space. 

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets or smoking. Due to the size and style, maximum occupancy is 2 adults and they are not suitable for families with children.

Conveniently located on Hwy. 114 between Boyd and Paradise and in Boyd ISD school district. We are easy to locate right off the highway.

Rent is $900/month

Includes: Water, Trash, Wi-fi

You are responsible for your own electricity. 

There is a $900 deposit is due when you sign the lease. 

Payment options are card, cash, or Venmo. Autodraft is available.
